Levjenlau has deemed it necessary to engage with her technical manufacturing team of safety boots to make qualitative safety footwear that passed the S3 standard rating.
The safety shoes Levjenlau produces and supplies pay more attention to the characteristics of S3 standards which include antistatic, resistance to fuel and oil, energy absorption at the heel, water resistance and penetration resistance. These characteristics ensure comfortability,anti-penetration, anti-perforation, anti-slippery, anti-shock and ability to resist water.
We prioritise the toe safety to protect it against being pierced with sharp objects or being smashed while at work. Also, the soles of the safety shoes Levjenlau provides are mainly produced with PU (polyurethane) which makes them strong in oil and water resistant purposes.
In summary, non-skid soles and American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) standards that meet the Occupational Safety and Health Administration of the USA are applied in all our safety wears.
That is why our manufacturing partners have been doctored to pay attention to using materials that will ensure metatarsal guard materials at the upper side of the foot, materials that allow for breathable and removal of discomfort lining, mild plate against penetration, protection against static discharge (That is why we instruct the technicians to use antistatic materials such as the polyurethane material for production) and abrasion resistance materials to protect against kneeling positions.
